Simply connect the device to your TV, connect it to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and begin installing apps through the Google Play Store.

Setup & Compatibility
To use vSeeBox you need:
• A TV or monitor with an HDMI port
• A Wi-Fi or Ethernet internet connection
• A power outlet for the device
For best performance we recommend an internet speed of at least 25 Mbps.
For smooth streaming:
• Minimum: 15 Mbps
• Recommended: 25 Mbps or higher
Using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi can provide more stable performance.
Yes. Any TV with an HDMI input can use vSeeBox.
For older TVs without HDMI, an HDMI converter may be required.
Some vSeeBox models allow storage expansion using a TF / microSD card.
Supported card sizes depend on the model but typically include:

Yes.
vSeeBox runs Android TV, which allows you to install applications through the Google Play Store.

A VPN is not required for normal operation.
However, some users choose to use a VPN to access region-restricted apps or for privacy.

You can install official streaming apps such as:

Availability may vary depending on region and app compatibility.
To add a channel or program to your Favorites:
Highlight the channel or content.
Press and hold the OK button on the remote for a few seconds.
A heart icon will appear confirming it was added.
You can remove it the same way.
Troubleshooting
If an arrow cursor appears on the screen, the remote may be in mouse mode.
Press the cursor / mouse button on the remote once to disable it.
Try the following:
• Check your internet speed
• Restart your router
• Switch to Ethernet if possible
• Lower video quality in the playback settings
• Restart the device
Clearing cache can help resolve slow performance.
Open Settings
Go to Apps
Select the app
Choose Clear Cache
Do not select Clear Data, as this may remove saved settings.
Try these steps:
• Check the power cable connection
• Plug the device into a different outlet
• Restart the device
If the issue continues, the power adapter may need replacement.
Check that the HDMI cable is securely connected
Try a different HDMI port on your TV
Restart the device
Replace the HDMI cable if necessary

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders.
To qualify for a full refund:
The device must be in original condition
No scratches, dents, cracks, or signs of customer damage
Original packaging must be included
All included accessories must be returned
If the device shows damage caused by misuse, a partial refund may be issued after inspection.

United States:
Return shipping is free for approved returns within the 30-day return window.
International orders:
Free return shipping is not available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or carrier fees.
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
